The semi-finished articles are painted with a powder colour technology, which is convenient for our products. The Pulverlac paint is suitable for creation of a hard and durable surface with a high mechanical and chemical resistance. The metal surfaces are cleaned of any grease and then chemically adapted to maintain high paint quality. When the powder colour is applied in the electrostatic field no solvents are used. With regard to the colour, shade types without heavy metal and chromium compound are preferred. The company strictly insists on an ecological solution within the whole manufacturing process. Products are manufactured from recyclable raw materials. The painting technology uses a closed air circuit with minimal waste and energy. All the waste is carefully sorted and recycled. Assembling of our products and final control creates a further important aspect of the manufacturing process.
